2. Custom Products

Our Products are custom-made to order based on your specifications. All sales are final, and no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted after an order is placed. Please carefully review your order details (size, design, color, etc.) before completing your purchase.

3. Order Process and Payment

Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgment of receipt of your order and does not signify acceptance of the order.
Payment: We accept various payment methods including credit cards and PayPal. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Pricing: All prices are listed in USD. Prices do not include taxes, shipping fees, or other charges unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping: We process orders as quickly as possible, but custom rug production may take up to 2 weeks. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Delivery: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays).
Shipping Damage: We take every care to pack and ship your Products securely. If your rug arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

5. No Refunds or Exchanges

Final Sale: All custom rugs are made to order based on your specifications, and as such, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.
Defects: If the Product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will offer a replacement or repair. Please contact us immediately at theplayaspot@gmail.com if you receive a defective or damaged Product.

6. Privacy and Data Protection
